Birds’ nests can be a problem. Jackdaws nest year after year, twigs in the grate may be an indication. If you see this do not attempt to light your fire.

First of all we lay a clean dust sheet with a second dust sheet on top of that. Your fireplace will be sealed, chimney swept, vacuumed, and all soot and debris will be bagged for disposal.
